MF Transaction Process Update

Modified on Sat, 29 Jun, 2024 at 12:01 PM

Dear Investor,

In our quest to continuously optimize the mutual fund transaction process, we are effecting a change in the transaction cycle from 1st July 2024 onwards.

All such transactions will now be done through a bulk upload process which is more accurate thereby resulting in fewer rejections.

(A) Purchase & Redemption Transactions:

Time of Instruction from InvestorProcessing Cycle
Before 12 noon **Same day
After 12 noonNext Working Day

** Note: Instruction can also be given on earlier days by mentioning the desired date of transaction.

(B) Systematic Transactions (SIP / STP):

Date of Instruction from InvestorRegistration Cycle
1st to 14th15th of the Month
16th to 31st 1st of Next Month

Note for SIP/STP:

  • The registration process will happen in 2 batches every month as above.
  • This does not limit the availability of preferred dates for the SIP or STP. Investor will have the choice of selecting from all available dates from 1st to 28th. Only the registration process will happen on 1st & 15th.
  • If 1st or 15th is a holiday then the same process will be done on next working day.

Once the transaction is initiated, our team will contact you and assist with authorisation of the same.

We believe this standardization along with the robustness of bulk upload process will make it easier to seamlessly and conveniently complete Mutual Fund transactions and will also ensure a better experience for the transaction process.

Note: In case of urgency or some important transaction requirements beyond the mentioned timelines, you can inform us and we shall assist you.

For any queries about the same plz feel free to get in touch with us.
