AIF Onboarding Requirements - Resident Person

Dear Investor,


Welcome !


Here you will find the list of requirements for investing in Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).

This is a one-time process which will enable you to participate in a wide range of AIF investment avenues.


Our team will be available to assist you at each step. 

As per the details provided by you, we shall set up your investment KYC, registration and any other requirements.


Process:

  1. Submit the mentioned requirements to us by Email
  2. Our team will complete the registration and guide you with the necessary process.
  3. Once ready you can start investing.


Holding Pattern can be as per one of the following:

  • Single Holder + Nominee
  • 2 Holders
  • 2 Holders + Nominee

Note: Demat account is compulsorily required for investing in AIF and holding pattern for the AIF should be same as your demat account.

Please mention the holding pattern accordingly with names and share the details.



Requirements 

For 1st Holder / 2nd Holder

Documents Required (Photo/Scanned Copy)

  1. Demat Client Master (CML)
  2. PAN Card
  3. Aadhaar Card (FRONT + BACK) 
  4. Cancelled Cheque (with pre-printed name and account number) OR Recent Bank statement with name & account number printed (not more than 2 months old) OR Bank Pass Book- First & Last Page.
  5. Passport Size Photograph

 

Details Required 

  1. Place of Birth
  2. Annual Income (Rs.): less than 1L/ 1L to 5L/ 5L to 10L/ 10L to 25L/ 25L to 1Cr/ Above 1Cr (To mention applicable slab)
  3. Occupation: Business/ Professional/ Private Sector / Public Sector/ Central Govt./ Housewife/ NGO / Retired/ State Govt./ Statutory Body/ Student/ Others
    (To mention applicable) (Note: if occupation is 'Business' then please specify Nature of Business)
  4. Source of Wealth (for example: Business Income / Salar / Professional Fees / Rental Income / Investment & Interest Income / Gift / Inheritance)
  5. Education: Under-Graduate/ Graduate/ Post-Graduate/ Professional (To mention applicable)
  6. Marital Status: Married/Unmarried/Other (To mention applicable) 
  7. Mobile Number (should be unique for each holder)
  8. Email-ID (should be unique for each holder)
  9. Mother’s Full Name 


 For Nominee

  1. Aadhaar Card (FRONT + BACK)
  2. PAN Card 
  3. Passport Size Photograph
  4. Nominee relation (please mention)
  5. Mobile Number (should be different from 1st & 2nd holder)
  6. Email-ID (should be different from 1st & 2nd holder)


Note: Nominee should not be minor
